No matter who says you are a beautiful person, a lovely being or a wonderful soul…if you do not believe it yourself it isn’t true. Not to you.
Our reality is based on our perceptions. Our beliefs. Our ideas of what things are and should be. We should focus on how we view ourselves, in a positive light, and work outwards from there.
